Limited Dactylififera Warranty Program

South Coast Growers, Inc. Warranties  Phoenix Dactylifera  for a period of one/two year(s) from the date of original receipt by our customer with the purchase of the warrantee. South Coast Growers Inc. will replace one Phoenix Dactylifera for each one purchased, during the aforesaid limited warranty period. Only palms that are found to be dead, will qualify for warranty consideration. Any palm provided as a replacement carries no warranties what-so-ever.

South Coast Growers, Inc does not warranty against and will not provide replacements

 for palms which are damaged as the result of an Act of God, including but not limited to, freezes,

 hurricanes, strong winds or any other weather conditions which may directly or indirectly cause

damage to the Phoenix Dactylifera palms mentioned on the stated invoice. South Coast Growers, Inc.  will not replace palms which are damaged as a result of vandalism or gross negligence.

 South Coast Growers, Inc. will not replace palms which have died as the result of detrimental  job site conditions including but not limited to excess water.

Palms are not covered for death do to any diseases

Palms must be planted according to our planting instructions.

Warranty is for the palm and does not cover any freight, labor or other circumstance surrounding the palm installation

The spraying of ANY type of herbicide within (5) five feet of the palm will result in the warranty being void immediately.
